Investors have the opportunity to participate in Urban Health Farms at different levels. Each of the following options have different structures, returns and exits.
Currently, the four levels of possible investments into Urban Health Farms are:
1. Equity Participation in the Holding. Investors buy shares on the Group level into the UHF Dutch holding company, holding all group operations. Investors will participate at the same level as the founders and management team and early stage (friend and family) investors.
2. Equity Participation on Project Level. Investors have the exciting opportunity to invest in a UHF facility at a specific location. This option allows investors to be a part of a farm that might mean something personally or professionally, and allows the investor to see their returns materialise on a “local” level.
3. European Stock Exchange Listed Bonds. Investors can acquire 12% fixed rate EUR Bonds due July, 2028. The coupon is paid bi-annually at the beginning of every January and July each year.
4. Convertible Debt. Investors can opt to invest by providing convertible debt that can be converted within 12 months into any of the aforementioned investment opportunities.
