WHO WE ARE
With experience operating two farms in Brussels, Belgium and Venlo, the Netherlands, three indoor farms in development in the Netherlands, Spain and Germany, and a detailed phased expansion plan covering the coming years, Urban Health Farms aims to be the largest indoor vertical farm operator in Europe. Further down the line, we aspire to grow into other markets and regions.
Urban Health Farms will operate and manage our farms and will work with the strongest, most reputable technology providers on the market who will provide us with cutting-edge, efficient and strategic solutions. Together with our partners, we draw upon a vast and impressive pool of local resources, team members, market knowledge and capital. All of these factors combine with a proven concept in the form of large-scale, industrial vertical farming technology.

Urban Health Farms aims to revolutionise the way food is produced and distributed through large-scale indoor vertical farms at the cutting-edge intersection between agriculture and technology. We produce premium quality, nutritious, fresh, and all natural food free from pesticides while minimising the distribution chain and offering competitive prices for the consumer.

NOW THAT YOU KNOW US
IT’S TIME TO INVEST

Urban Health Farms is a people driven company made up of a team of entrepreneurs, food enthusiasts, and problem solvers, with a strong connection to our belief that we are more than farmers; we are producers of health and sustainability.
OUR MISION
Our mission is to revolutionise the way food is produced and distributed through indoor vertical farms growing fresh, hyper-local and ultra-high quality produce efficiently without sun, seasons or soil. Our methods maximise production, flavour and nutrition with as little impact on the environment as possible.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to reshape agriculture as we know it by creating a global network of sustainable, scalable and efficient indoor vertical farms that is continually growing to meet demand.

OUR VALUES
As a team, we cherish our role in working to achieve the vision and mission of Urban Health Farms and prioritise the following values.
Sustainable
Sustainability is at the core of every action we take and we believe less is more. We believe in less water use, less packaging, less depletion of arable land, less food miles and less carbon footprint. We also believe in more nutrition, more flavour, more food security, more community, and more yields.
Healthy
We believe that food as fuel and medicine is more important than ever. At UHF, we will always strive to make our produce as rich in nutrients on our plate as it is in the farm. We strive to deliver the highest quality products to our customers free from harmful chemicals, pesticides, or heavy metals.
Reliable
We value being reliable partners to all our stakeholders. We are transparent, trustworthy and value accountability, professionalism, and respect for all our partners and colleagues. This foundation allows us to view our customers as partners with integrated values at every level, contributing to healthier people, planet, and profit.
Innovative
We believe that innovation will improve the world we live in. Indoor vertical farming is an innovation-driven industry. By adopting and scaling improvements in energy efficiency and sustainability, we believe that vertical farming will disrupt an outdated food system in need of modernisation.
OUR FARMS
Each of our planned commercial-scale farms will begin with a Showcase Farm, except for our farms in the Netherlands, where we already have an established and operating farm. The UHF Team successfully operated a farm in Brussels, Belgium from February to October of 2022. Here we gained valuable experience by focusing on R&D in the early months of operation and transitioning to commercial production with existing customers.
Urban Health Farms has acquired our original Research & Demonstration Farm in Venlo, the Netherlands where we have expanded the growing area to include commercial production for our clients as well as R&D.
We will also use this facility as a campus, which will function as a holistic space for the UHF Team where it will act as an education, training and R&D centre. UHF is currently preparing the plans to further expand the capacity of the Venlo facility to centralise and scale up commercial production.
THE TEAM

We have dedicated an entire section to the SDGs because products grown in indoor vertical farms (IVF) fulfil many of these goals.
The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 objectives that were set back in 2015 to help lead the Earth to a more secure 2030. We have dedicated an entire section to the SDGs because products grown in indoor vertical farms (IVF) fulfil many of these goals.

No poverty
We will provide good jobs and accessible, reliable, healthy foods, able to feed growing urban populations.

Zero hunger
Since IVF can be built anywhere, we can make nutrient-rich produce accessible year-round.

Good health and well-being
Eating fresh produce is linked to decreases in chronic diseases. We can selectively grow plants containing certain desirable qualities, like for medicinal purposes.

Affordable and Clean energy
Increasing renewable energy, especially through new economic opportunities like in IVF, will create more sustainable and resilient communities.

Decent work
and economic growth
Despite high levels of automation in IVF, Urban Health Farms looks to create many new jobs and drive economic growth in urban areas.

Industry, innovation,
and infrastructure
We are promoting and advancing sustainable technology and growth in an industry that needs rapid modernisation.

Sustainable cities
and communities
With an ever-increasing global population, urban planning must include food sources that are green, resilient and sustainable.

Responsible consumption
and production
IVF uses 80% less water and 90% less land than traditional agriculture and produces 20-30 times more food in the same space.

Climate action
IVF production techniques are efficient with no CO2 emissions, drastically reduced food miles, and no runoff or effluent.

Life on land
Modern agriculture has damaged ecosystems around the world. IVF eases the pressure on lands under cultivation and allows natural habitats to recover.

Partnerships for the goals
IVF can strengthen global partnerships and bring together progress and growth in many different economic sectors.
